Introduction
Water colour, color, landscapes, Frank Cadwallader, dartmoor, lake district, scotland, woodland, fell, exmoor
Frank Cadwallader lived in the Midlands until his retirement, when he moved to Churston Ferrers, a little village in Devon, on the coast about halfway between Brixham and Paignton. For many years he was Chairman of the Brixham Art Society and many of his paintings were of Dartmoor which he loved, and where he and his wife, Mavis, spent many hours walking, and just enjoying the Tors and the general wilderness.
We invite you to share some of the joy that he expressed in his painting, and this website is devoted to his work, and makes available 8" x 5½" reproductions taken from the original paintings, mounted on a folded card and cellophane wrapped.
